Two visits are required to complete the exam. The initial immigration-focused medical exam can be performed virtually. The Civil Surgeon will obtain your medical history, assess any required vaccination gaps, and provide you with lab and vaccination orders. You can take these orders to any location, or to a place referred by us, to complete your vaccinations or lab work.

If you do not have vaccination records, do not worry — most applicants do not. You can get an immunity test to show immunity from natural diseases or previous vaccinations.

We provide free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and comfortable waiting areas to enhance your visit. The Immigration Package will be ready for patient pickup within 24 hours after completing the immigration physical, labs, and vaccinations.
